Campus Farm Green

The Campus Farm neighborhood in north-central Tucson combines the best of in-city living with mountain views across open fields. It takes its name from the 160-acre University of Arizona Campus Farm (now known as the Campus Agricultural Center (CAC)). The Audubon Society lists the CAC as one of urban Tucson's great birdwatching spots.

The neighborhood is bounded on the north by the Rillito River and The Loop (Tucson's 131 mile network of dedicated bicycle paths). It is bisected by the Mountain Avenue Bikeway that runs from The Loop to the U of A campus 3.37 miles to the south. With the Campbell and First Avenue commercial corridors to the east and west, it's easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, fitness and yoga clubs, and other amenities.

Trader Joe's.Mountain Avenue Biker. Regeneratively sustainable Campus Farm Green will be a small-scale new-home community along the Mountain Avenue Bikeway and overlooking the Campus Farm fields. Its light and breeze filled homes will celebrate indoor / outdoor living and will generate more electricity and harvest more water than they use.
